Provisional Transfer Information

Provisional members require four (4) recommendations from Full PK members to transfer to Full Membership.

Conditions/Requirements:

  1. You must have been a Full Member at PK for at least two years.
  2. You must have booked on the timesheet and played a minimum of three (3) games at PK with the Provisional member – (bookings will be verified by timesheet booking system when the form is submitted).
  3. PK members in the following categories are ineligible to recommend a Provisional member to Full membership: Provisional, Junior, Non Playing >45, Limited <45, Social, Absentee.
  4. If you originally nominated the Provisional member for membership when they first joined PK, you are ineligible to provide another recommendation.

The below information will assist the Membership Committee with their decision to recommend to the Board that the Provisional member be upgraded to Full membership.

To complete this process, a minimum of 3 games must have been played at PK with the Provisional member. Please provide the dates below of the most recent 3 games played (games will be verified by the timesheet booking system). Dates must be accurate. If you are unsure of the dates played, please contact Steve Poulter: steve@peninsulakingswood.com.au and they can be provided to you.
