As part of our risk mitigation plan, the Peninsula Kingswood Board has decided that from now, until further notice, all personnel over the age of 12 years on site at the club must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes all members, staff and visitors.
Please use this form to upload your Vaccination document into the club’s system. This process will ensure the safety of all members, guests and our staff. Once registered, a person’s vaccination status will be retained on file and kept safe under our Privacy Policy.
