Disciplinary Procedure

As part of its ongoing commitment to governance reform, the Board has defined a process for the handling of disciplinary matters. This includes the formation of a Disciplinary Committee to assist the Board and Management in the proper discharge of these duties.

The Board drew upon the reports of a Working Party convened to review this area. We thank members the Hon. Hartley Hansen AM QC, Norman O’Bryan AM SC, Pat Dalton QC and Mark Mileo for their time and effort.
