2022 Member Satisfaction Survey Results

Dear Members,

In June 2022 we emailed a survey to the membership to gather feedback about the Club. We had 830 responses to the survey, and we thank those who responded and provided feedback.

The overall feedback was very positive, with an NPS of 56%, up from the 2021 survey result of 43%. The 2020 NPS number was 53%, and the 2019 number was 23%.

The areas of positive feedback from members were:

  • The presentation of the golf courses
  • The friendliness of the staff
  • The practice facilities
  • The Golf/Pro Shop

The areas of primary concern from members were:

  • Bunkers
  • Pace of play
  • Food variety

Management has analysed the responses and has implemented elements that will help us in the future.
