Course Audit Improvement Project Update
7 North Tee Path
The new exposed aggregate pathway to the 7th North tee has been installed and is now open for use. Works have been completed to safely tie in the path to the surrounding ground. Re-contouring and elevation of the rough ground behind the 6th green surround has been shaped and has been seeded with our rough grass mix of fescue. Covers have also been placed over the seed to enhance the speed and effectiveness of germination.
Driving Range
The driving range project has had the ground prepared and base concrete poured. The next set of tasks include completing the exposed aggregate hard stand and cart parking zone areas, a dividing crazy pave section, reinstating the irrigation system and the installation of the new Turfhound Synthetic Mat System. It is expected that the works will continue until mid-July.
11 South Path Extension
An extension to the 11th South path has been poured. Works to tie in the path will be completed in the coming days before opening the path for use.
Wastelands
OCM will return next week and will begin works on some problematic wastelands, with the main focus of tree root removal. The first ones to be targeted are the wastelands on 4S and the right wasteland on 18N.
